If you receive an email about your reservation or payment, please check the sender’s email address carefully before you do anything. Our official email addresses can be found on our website. If you are not sure whether an email is really from us, please do not reply to it. Instead, contact us using the official contact details on our website.
We are actively dealing with this situation and have taken the necessary steps immediately to solve the problem.
We also want to make it clear that the personal data was not leaked from our company. The data was leaked from a company that we use to manage and process online reservations. Our company was not the source of the data leak.
